The Brasserie de Monaco, was designed as a laboratory for brewing and beer tasting.
The technical elements related to the beer manufacturing such as the tanks, are part of the interior Techno/ Chic Atmosphere.

The Interior is a play of differences; metal with wood, mat mixing with shinny surface, opaque merges with transparency. Smoked mirrors, metallic mesh curtains, wall video, large solid wood dining tablesm together give to this new kind of Brewery, a contemporary and high tech atmosphere.

The Brasserie de Monaco is located on Port Hercule in Monaco.
